Job Position: Client Service / Client Experience and Growth Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcomes clients and potential clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  2. Be the trusted advisor and advocate for a portfolio of clients.
  3. Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in our agency.
  4. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our agency’s services and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  5. Qualify prospects to determine whether or not they are a good fit.
  6. Working in partnership with the ATL, BTL, and Digital teams, developing creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients’ objectives.
  7. You will be working hand in hand with the Client Service Manager.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience working in an advertising agency is very key.
  • 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Networking skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to do market research.
