Abuja Clinics was established in 1989 as a health institution to provide efficient medical services to the then-budding Federal Capital Territory (FCT). From humble beginnings, it has grown into a group of 3 hospitals located in the Karu, Garki, and Maitama districts of the FCT. The group possesses advanced medical equipment to assist its team of highly qualified and dedicated health personnel. These equipment include but are not limited to the 64-slice CT scan unit, 4D-Ultrasonography, a Mammography unit with stereotactic biopsy, and Intra-operative C-arm fluoroscopy allowing for excellent diagnosis and cure. The hospital renders services in all major fields of medicine such as: Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Dentistry.

Job Position: Client Service Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  6. Maintain a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers always
  7. Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
  9. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  10. Know our products and services inside and out so as to answer questions
  11. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  12. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  1. Must possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a related field
  2. Must have at least 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role
  3. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  4. Track record of over-achieving quota
  5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  6. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  9. Experience in a fast-paced service-led environment
  10. Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers and clients
  11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  12. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  13. Must reside in Abuja.
