Job Position: Client Success Lead

Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Visit potential clients and demo platform for training purposes
  2. Learn and develop the capacity to train others on the functionalities of DalO Systems web and mobile application
  3. Develop and manage user training guide and FAQ documentation
  4. Create user demos and audiovisual training guides for both web and mobile platform
  5. Conduct in-Office / in-field hands on training of designated client agents
  6. Work with Lead Gen team to assure clean handover of qualified leads into sales pipeline
  7. Ensure effective migration of client data onto DalO Systems platform
  8. Assist with geo-location of customers and distribution of customer QR Tags or cards
  9. Ensure proper documentation of contract, support signing of contract, and validate that payment is transferred to company accounts
  10. Establish relationships with associations related to the waste management sector to present the platform and market the benefits of their respective businesses.
  11. Ensure proper configuration of customer platform by transferring necessary configuration documentation to set up team.

Job Requirements

  1. Laptop in good working order
  2. Android smartphone in good working order
  3. Comfort with google suites especially; spreadsheets, docs, and calendar
  4. Ability and comfort with visiting different LGAs across the Lagos or Ogun State
  5. Comfort with Data entry
  6. Experience with training
  7. Experience engaging with and discussing operations management with business owners.
