Job Position: Club Manager/Supervisor

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities
The Job Responsibilities for this role include;

  1. Provide supervision to all club staff.
  2. Setting goals for improving business and actualizing them.
  3. Improving club strategy and creating ways to increase revenue.
  4. Dealing promptly with all grievances from both customers and staff.
  5. Issuing verbal warnings and executing all disciplinary actions as signed off by HR.
  6. Supervisory role and ensuring all aspects of the club are running well; also exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  7. Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.

Job Requirements
The Job Requirements for the role include;

  1. OND, HND or B.Sc in Business Management or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a restaurant/club manager with reference to numbers/growth index.
  3. Excellent managerial, leadership, and communication skills.
  4. Savvy personnel with strong interactive, convincing and interpersonal skills.
  5. Willingness to work overtime as required.
  6. Ability to work and achieve results independently without constant supervision.
  7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
  8. Ability to study the market and implement business growth strategies.
  9. Affiliation with people or brands in the entertainment, lifestyle, and hospitality sector is an added advantage.
