Job Position: CNG Dispensing Pump Attendant
Location: Zaria, Kaduna

Job Descriptions

  1. The CNG Dispenser Pump Attendant is responsible for operating the CNG dispensing equipment safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
  2. This role involves working directly with customers, ensuring that their fueling needs are met, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Operate CNG dispensing equipment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
  2. Assist customers in refuelling CNG Trucks, guiding safe and efficient refuelling procedures.
  3. Monitor the quality of CNG to ensure it meets safety and operational standards.
  4. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dispensing area, ensuring it is free of hazards.
  7. Keep accurate records of fuel dispensed and transactions with customers.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and products offered.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in training and safety meetings as required.

Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

  1. Minimum of OND, HND or equivalent or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of safe handling and dispensing of CNG is an asset.
  4. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
