Job Position: Collections Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position who will be responsible for following up on credit sales outstanding, reconciliations and collections .

Job Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan
  2. Schedule payments with customers toward reducing the overdue/outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship

Job Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years experience as a Collections Officer
  • Experience in a Healthcare, HealthTech sector is required
  • Sound Numeracy and Analytical skills
  • Result Oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
