Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans that align with our overarching business goals. Identify new market opportunities, expand our reach, and drive sales growth across all categories.
  • Campaign Maestro: Orchestrate impactful commercial campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize results.
  • Financial Guru: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability. Make data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth.
  • Performance Champion: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our commercial activities. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to close performance gaps.
  • Inventory Maestro: Partner with our supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management. Minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory to optimize costs.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leader: Inspire and lead a high-performing commercial team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their professional development.
  • Market Maven: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and identify emerging opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the fashion retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing profitability
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, pricing, and revenue management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong technical skills in Excel. Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus
  • Proven project management and collaboration skills.
