Job Position: Team Lead, Commercial Operations

Job Description
- The main responsibility of this role is to actively generate revenue by identifying and retaining customers for the business.
- As the Commercial Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and implemnenting the Feegor’s commercial strategy to generate new leads, negotiate and close sales with customers, and assist in managing a team of field and online sales agents.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales, generating revenue and improving clientele.
- Oversee the activities of the sales team by ensuring daily, weekly and monthly sales target are met.
- Monitor and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction, service levels and performance in all business operations.
- Manage budget for the Feegor’s commercial operations by ensuring allocated funds are used judiciously for the purpose in which they serve.
- Reporting on various leads and meetings held with customers, finding a way forward on onboarding high end customers and initiate plans for expected monthly volumes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Sales, Marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales or similar role with remarkable track records.
- Excellent leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence people to take actions.
