Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored renewable energy solutions.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
  4. Conduct market research and adapt sales strategies to align with emerging trends.
  5. Analyze the target audience to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor the sales approach based on this understanding.
  6. Understand and present CEESOLAR’s financial and technical propositions to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
  8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements and seamless project execution.
  9. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of CEESOLAR’s solutions.
  10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and CEESOLAR.
  11. Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  13. Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in a sales management role within the renewable energy sector.
  3. Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial energy needs and trends in the renewable energy industry.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  10. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
