Job Description

We are hiring for a proactive and people-oriented professional with 2–4 years’ experience in community management, hospitality, or real estate marketing.

Skilled in creating engagement strategies, managing online groups, organising community events, and maintaining strong relationships with residents or clients. Excellent communication, social media, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Grow and manage the organisation’s community platforms.
  2. Develop creative campaigns to enhance engagement.
  3. Respond to inquiries and moderate discussions.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
  5. Monitor and analyse community performance.
  6. Identify and nurture brand advocates.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. 2 – 4 years’ experience managing online/offline communities.
  3. Excellent communication and networking skills.
  4. Creative and passionate about community engagement.
  5. Knowledge of digital and social media tools.
