Hempawa Consult requires Community Growth Specialists to work in a Fintech Company where they will be responsible for increasing and optimizing customer acquisition, customer conversion, customer retention, and customer lifetime value across various products.

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to foster community growth and engagement across various platforms social media, forums, events, etc.
  2. Engage with community members, respond to queries, and facilitate meaningful conversations.
  3. Identify and nurture community champions and influencers.
  4. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our community.
  5. Plan and execute community events, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
  6. Manage community content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on community growth metrics and engagement rates.
  8. Use data-driven insights to refine community strategies and improve engagement.
  9. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting community growth trends and insights.
  10. Work closely with the marketing team to align community growth strategies with overall marketing goals.
  11. Collaborate with product teams to relay community feedback and insights.
  12. Partner with customer support teams to ensure community queries are addressed promptly.
  13. Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to expand the community.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
