Job Description

  • The primary role of this person is to serve as the point of contact for the online community and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responding to comments and customer queries on time.
  2. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  3. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  4. You will participate in brainstorming sessions.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communications, or any relevant field
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills
  3. Excellent writing skills
  4. Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
  5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  6. Digital savvy
  7. Good people skills
