Job Position: Community Manager (Telegram & Facebook)

Job Description

  1. We seek Community managers to maintain and spread a positive company brand through online interactions.
  2. As a key part of a brand’s online presence, a community manager displays a consistent voice and tone while strengthening relationships with audiences.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage a brand’s online community.
  2. Interact with – and facilitate interactions between – a brand’s customer base.
  3. Central location or point of contact
  4. Book revenues/deals and liaise with internal team
  5. Reporting to the internal team weekly
  6. Promote and help run company events.
  7. Keep a pulse on customer sentiment.
  8. Maintain uniform brand voice and tone during digital customer interactions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor changes in customer sentiments with social listening and analysis tools.
  2. Respond to individual reviews or messages to resolve questions or complaints.
  3. Create social media posts to promote content for company events, ad campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  4. Attend live events to connect with promising leads and spread brand awareness.
