Job Description

  1. Developing and executing a community strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and values
  2. Monitoring and moderating activities to ensure a positive environment
  3. Responding to comments, questions and complaints of the community members
  4. Building relationships with partners, and stakeholders
  5. Measuring and reporting on the community performance, feedback, and insights
  6. Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science
  2. Must have experience managing a team of engineers
  3. Experience in product or program management is KEY
  4. Experience managing a Tech community is important.
