Job Position: Contact Center Advisor
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Description
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and processes.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system.
- Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
