Job Position: Contact Center Advisor

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  2. Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and processes.
  3. Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system.
  5. Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell our products and services to customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Flexible schedule and ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
