Job Requirements

  • BSc / HND / B.Ed / OND in any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years in Customer service / Contact center in a financial institution, Micro-finance/ Point of Sales.
  • Good communication skills i.e. (Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer’s needs.
  • Good customer relationship management. i.e (Ability to handle customers inquires, complaints & support request).
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good sales & Marketing skills.
