Job Position: Content Analysis and Reporting Specialist

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough analyses of content performance across various platforms, including social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  2. Utilize analytics tools to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  3. Interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to content consumption, audience behaviour, and user engagement.
  4. Generate comprehensive and insightful reports detailing content performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  5. Provide regular, clear, and concise reports to key stakeholders, showcasing the impact of content strategies.
  6. Collaborate with the content team to identify areas for improvement in content creation, distribution, and optimization based on data-driven insights.
  7. Offer strategic recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of content strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze competitors’ content strategies to identify industry trends, benchmark against best practices, and recommend adjustments to our content approach.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, SEO, and design, to align content efforts with broader organizational objectives.
  10. Manage and leverage content analytics tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  11. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving analytics methodologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field with 4-5 years experience
  2. Proven experience in content analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
  3. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and content management systems.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
  6. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
