Job Position: Content Creator and Social Media Manager – HUTU Project

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator who is also a Social Media Manager to develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and promotes our real estate offerings.
- The ideal candidate will create compelling digital content across various platforms, and manage our social media pages, blogs, websites, and run email campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs, infographics).
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and engage with the audience (comments, messages, mentions).
- Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to optimise content.
- Manage paid social media ads, budgets, and track ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers, designers, and videographers for campaigns.
- Build and nurture an active online community to boost engagement.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
- Produce SEO-optimised content (blogs, website copy, listings) for better visibility.
- Develop email marketing content, newsletters, and CTAs to drive sales.
- Edit and optimise multimedia content for different platforms.
- Handle crisis management and address negative feedback professionally.
- Train and guide team members on social media and content best practices.
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in real estate).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
