Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Content Creator to plan, write, edit, structure and publish types of pieces for our company’s online content, like articles, blog posts, YouTube videos, Instagram, and other social media posts.
  2. The Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media.
  3. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.
  4. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Research industry-related topics
  2. Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  3. Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
  4. Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
  5. Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  6. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  7. Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
  8. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
  9. Design the look and feel of the content
  10. Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
  11. Update our websites as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Marketing, English, Journalism or any relevant field
  2. Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
  3. Portfolio of published articles
  4. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  5. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  6. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
  7. Time management skills
  8. Familiarity with SEO, Canva, Adobe or other editing or post-production software.
