Job Position: Content Creator / Social Media Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a passionate and talented individual who can take charge of our content creation and social media presence.
  2. As a Content Creator/Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.
  3. You will also be responsible for creating compelling and informative content across various platforms to showcase our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  2. Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, for social media platforms
  4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies
  6. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  7. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Officer, or similar role
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
  4. Proficient in content creation tools and software, including graphic design and video editing software
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
  7. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  9. Knowledge of SEO and experience with social media advertising is a plus.
