Job Position: Digital Marketer / Content Creator

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define the company’s marketing strategy and set KPIs and success metrics
  2. Implementing marketing strategy across social media channels and other marketing channels via content production.
  3. Build the social media content plan and decide on the most effective content, such as imagery, animation, and graphics.
  4. Set a content strategy and lead the creation of content.
  5. Planning and the production of social content, stills, and Video.
  6. Creating and editing using design tools, creating video content, using Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.
  7. Develop the creative and content strategy for the season to ensure optimum customer conversion and brand engagement.
  8. Manage all content creation including graphic design, copy, and video ensuring all meet brand guidelines and aesthetics.
  9. Inquisitive and proactive in staying up to date with trends and changes across the markets that we work in as well as competitor activity.
  10. Monitoring digital marketing campaigns, creating and implementing actionable plans from analytics.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  2. This individual should be adaptable, creative, innovative, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  3. A good strategist who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with writing content.
  4. Knowledge of inbound and SEO and all digital marketing types.
  5. Incredible attention to detail.
  6. Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.
  7. The ability to multi-task.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to present ideas and briefs effectively to a range of stakeholders in both creative and non-creative areas.
  9. Understanding of digital channels and the best approaches to take when writing content for different channels, some knowledge of optimizing content for SEO.
  10. Previous working experience as a digital marketer/content developer.
  11. A good understanding of paid search and digital advertising.

Knowledge / Experience:

  1. Demonstrable experience using SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  3. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (google analytics, etc)
  5. Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
  7. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
  8. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
