Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.
Job Position: Content Manager
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the content team based in (City, Country).
- Develop and enhance the internal content related processes and solutions.
- Responsible and accountable for the database management.
- Responsible for the universe data build in (City, Country).
- Work with organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of work experience in research and management.
- Experience in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
- Possess excellent leadership, inter-personal and communication skills, in particular management, questioning and listening skill.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to articulate the messages.
- Good negotiation skills, analytic and research skills.
- Paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time.
- Ability to work with teams in a time-line driven high pressure environment.
- Sound time management skills with the ability to develop, mentor and motivate the team.
- Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy; a strong ‘can do’ attitude; ability and willingness to work in a dynamic set-up with maturity and flexibility.
- Ability to coordinate and work in a multinational setup, liaising with Operations teams across different regions.
- Ability to pro-actively identify ways to contribute to the company’s goals & mission.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio etc.).
