Job Position: Content Marketing Lead

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a content marketing leader who can take ownership of our content marketing team and help create & implement a content marketing strategy that drives engagement, grows our owned and paid channels and builds the profile of the brand through content.
  2. You will work alongside teams focused on digital, growth, product development, brand marketing, and customer experience, so you must enjoy working collaboratively.
  3. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Brand Development:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (Social Media, CRM, Website, and Traditional & Digital Media)
  3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Content Strategy:

  1. Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall business objectives.
  2. Supports the development of engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, CRM, traditional and digital marketing materials.
  3. Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.


  1. Craft compelling and clear communication messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective communication plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.
  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Digital Presence:

  1. Manage the social media team to enhance the company’s digital presence through social media, blogs, and other online channels.
  2. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative strategies to increase brand visibility.

PR and Stakeholder Management:

  1. You will develop relationships with relevant media outlets and pitch stories to gain positive press coverage.
  2. Ability to manage crisis and stakeholders.
  3. You will organize and participate in industry networking events; to connect with regulators, potential customers & partners.


  1. Work closely with design, CRM, growth and marketing team to ensure a cohesive and unified brand presence.
  2. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute specific brand and content initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


  • 5 years experience in content marketing with a fintech company, minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a content marketing strategy that impacts business results.
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team.
  • Broad experience across content marketing channels and a thirst to continue testing and learning.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand, content initiatives and PR campaigns.
