Job Position: Contract Sales Staff
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking smart, driven, and self-motivated staff with a passion for real estate and sales. This role is performance-based, ideal for those who are goal-oriented and can work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 10% Commission on every property sold
- Monthly Transport Allowance (to support field work and client visits)
- Opportunity for Full-time Employment after a few months of consistent and outstanding performance
- When confirmed, full-time staff will be entitled to a fixed salary + commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively source and manage potential clients
- Promote and sell property listings
- Provide clients with professional guidance and support
- Conduct field visits and property inspections
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sales and real estate
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside in or around Ogba, Lagos
