Job Position: Corporate Sales Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and key account management (3-5 years).
Sales and Business Skills:
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align client needs with our products or services.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with our industry, including market trends, competitors, and challenges.
- Understanding of our key clients’ industries, businesses, and market positioning.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to present ideas, proposals, PowerPoint presentations and reports clearly and convincingly.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to create effective sales plans and account strategies to drive business growth and client retention.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during client engagements.
Leadership and Teamwork:
- Leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts effectively.
- If applicable, experience in leading and motivating a team of account managers or sales representatives.
Customer Focus:
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service and support.
- Ability to understand and incorporate customer feedback into our strategies and offerings.
Analytical Abilities:
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
Travel Availability:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
Salary
- N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
- Very Attractive benefits and bonus.
- Commission of between 0.5% – 1.5% on sales targets
