Job Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in corporate sales and key account management (3-5 years).

Sales and Business Skills:

  1. Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Strong business acumen and the ability to align client needs with our products or services.
  3. Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.

Industry Knowledge:

  1. Familiarity with our industry, including market trends, competitors, and challenges.
  2. Understanding of our key clients’ industries, businesses, and market positioning.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  3. Ability to present ideas, proposals, PowerPoint presentations and reports clearly and convincingly.

Strategic Thinking:

  1. Ability to create effective sales plans and account strategies to drive business growth and client retention.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during client engagements.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  1. Leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts effectively.
  2. If applicable, experience in leading and motivating a team of account managers or sales representatives.

Customer Focus:

  1. Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service and support.
  2. Ability to understand and incorporate customer feedback into our strategies and offerings.

Analytical Abilities:

  1. Proficiency in data analysis to measure sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Travel Availability:

  1. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key clients and attend industry events.

Salary 

  • N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
  • Very Attractive benefits and bonus.
  • Commission of between 0.5% – 1.5% on sales targets
