Job Description

  1. Formulate strategic commercial objectives for all products & services.
  2. Supervising and administering all digital marketing and offline campaigns target at website growth
  3. Maintain overall administrative and budgetary control.
  4. Monitoring and recommending pricing levels in the country to maximize yield and revenue
  5. Provide adequate and timely feedback on achievements/deficiencies/market trends/ challenges with recommendations and insights on issues.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and profitability goals.
  7. Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry associations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the local market through marketing and promotional activities.
  12. Develop and prepare short-term and long-term plans that will ensure the effectiveness of the unit; manage budget, maintain statistics, and meet targets.
  13. Oversee and ensure all reservations and bookings are performed in compliance with company policies and optimize client service delivery.
  14. Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained.
  15. Ensure accurate records of client interactions, reservations, payments, and other relevant information using the company’s ERP system or database.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in travel industry management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role, operations and marketing.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
  4. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other business software
