Job Position: Country Marketing Manager

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  1. Craft and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote LABS academic degrees and executive education programs.
  2. Leverage digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.

Drive Business Development:

  1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private organizations, government parastatals, and other stakeholders.
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners to drive enrollment and expand program offerings.
  3. Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and potential markets.

Enhance Student and Professional Recruitment:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets for academic degrees and executive education programs.
  2. Organize and participate in recruitment events, open days, and information sessions.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to prospective students and professionals throughout the application process.

Strengthen Brand Management:

  1. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  2. Enhance LABS’ online presence, including website content, social media, and online advertising.
  3. Create and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Lead Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities.
  2. Prepare regular reports on marketing and enrollment performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Innovate and Inspire:

  1. Develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to differentiate LABS in the competitive education market.
  2. Inspire and lead a team of marketing and recruitment professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Engage with Stakeholders:

  1. Liaise with academic and administrative staff to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment activities with institutional goals.
  2. Build strong relationships with alumni and leverage their success stories to enhance LABS’ reputation.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of the Nigerian education market, especially private and government sectors.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
