Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, patient, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services while ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, or in person

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc (depending on role requirements)

Previous customer service experience is an added advantage

Basic computer skills (Email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
