Job Position: Creative Intern

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
As a Creative Intern, you will:

  1. Enthusiastically work across multiple brands and new business
  2. Design graphics work for social media content direction.
  3. Build a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools
  4. Help build, produce and manage all planning projects, materials and workshops
  5. Conduct research to help identify insights and understand category, brands, and target; proactively share key learnings with department and agency
  6. Work with planners to set-up research projects and help manage intelligence – both through import and export of idea currency
  7. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data into arguments or stories
  8. Partner seamlessly with the creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation
  9. This internship is full time (40 hours per week) with one day remote.

Job Requirements

  1. Graphic Design skill
  2. Recent Graduate
  3. Ability to tell a strong story and explain core thought process
  4. Strong aptitude to ask questions and boil down relevant insights
  5. Coherent and clear written and verbal presentation skills
  6. Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with and present to clients
  7. Natural leader with strong ability to multi-task
  8. Team player with desire to partner across departments
  9. Self-starter who goes above and beyond on tasks
  10. Motivated doer who seeks out opportunity and challenge.
