Job Summary
- The Creative Manager at Mshel Homes Limited will lead a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters, to produce high-quality, innovative content.
- This role requires overseeing all creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring consistency in design and messaging across all platforms.
- The Creative Manager will develop and implement effective creative strategies, generate impactful ideas, and maintain alignment with Mshel Homes’ brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters, ensuring optimal team performance and creative output.
- Ensure that all content is high quality, meets Mshel Homes’ standards, and adheres to established schedules.
- Maintain consistency in design across all social media platforms and both online and offline marketing channels, strictly following brand guidelines.
- Review, proofread, and analyze creative materials; approve, reject, or adjust content to align with brand vision and objectives.
- Develop, design, and implement creative concepts and strategies, overseeing projects from ideation to completion.
- Create, write, and design content as needed to support the team and meet project deadlines.
- Lead all aspects of creative design and copywriting, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and other creative exercises to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to develop and implement effective website and social media content strategies.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative management role, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and editing software.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Proven leadership experience with creative teams, with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
