We provide end-to-end, modular and customised services to manage customers’ payment cards with respect to: card processing, virtual accounts, point of sales (POS), dispute resolution, security services, fraud prevention and customer value management.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue through Partners.
  2. Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners to increase awareness of Akuuk integrations.
  3. Engage channel partners, and explores and defines strategy or opportunities.
  4. Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners.
  5. Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create partner enablement content and infrastructure.
  6. Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2+ years knowledge or working in SaaS or technology business development, account management and/or sales.
  • Fluent in English – (Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo speaker will be a big plus).
  • Tech saavy: you understand the capabilities and limitations of a platform and genuinely curious about the SaaS ecosystem.
  • You can effectively communicate and relate to multiple layers of the organization.
  • You are someone who is outgoing and personable, networking and relationship building are important to you.
  • Self-starter: takes initiative and is excited by complicated challenges.
