Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Sales Representative.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell additional products or services to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; University degree preferred
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer care or sales role
- Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
- Fare usage of computer and other softwares.
