Job Position: Customer Care and Sales Representative

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Sales Representative.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  3. Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments
  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  6. Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell additional products or services to customers.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for driving customer acquisition and retention.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  10. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or equivalent; University degree preferred
  2. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult customer situations
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a customer care or sales role
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
  3. Fare usage of computer and other softwares.
