Job Description

  1. This is a part-time on-site role for a customer care executive located in Ibadan.
  2. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service.
  3. The customer care executive will also be responsible for communication and sales.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Business Administration or related fields with relevant work experience.
  2. Certification in customer service is a plus.
  3. Customer support and customer service skills
  4. Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Experience in sales
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
