Job Position: Customer Care Officer

Job Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos

Job Requirements

1. Candidate should possess an OND / HND / NCE qualification with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
2. Candidates must have Sales Knowledge (Must have sold, persuaded, engaged and interacted with customers to increase sales i.e have a knowledge of what it takes to sell a product to someone else).
3. Good communication skills, negotiation, customer service skills.
4. Achieve individual SLAs, sales targets, objectives, KPIs, metrics, and goals.

Salary

• N70,000 monthly.
