Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the property acquisition or inquiry process.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to client calls, emails, social media messages, and walk-in inquiries courteously and professionally.
  2. Provide detailed information about available properties, payment options, and company services.
  3. Maintain an updated database of clients and inquiries using CRM tools.
  4. Schedule appointments, property inspections, and follow up with clients after visits.
  5. Handle client complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  6. Support the sales and marketing teams with lead qualification and tracking.
  7. Prepare and send client correspondence such as invoices, receipts, and feedback forms.
  8. Ensure consistent communication and excellent service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Response time to client inquiries.
  2. Client satisfaction ratings.
  3. Number of leads successfully converted to sales.
  4. Accuracy and timeliness in record keeping and reporting.
  5. Quality of communication and professionalism in handling clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service (real estate or hospitality preferred).
  3. Female Candidates preferred
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  7. Calm, patient, and empathetic personality with a client-first mindset.
  8. Must reside in Gudu or its environs

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
