Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Description
- The Customer Care Representativeis responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals who visit or contact the clinic.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and follow-up on treatments.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Provide information about services offered, insurance coverage, and clinic policies.
- Assist with patient registration and update their information as needed.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Empathy and compassion for patients’ needs and concerns.
- Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
