Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun State and Opebi Allen, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer care representative that will:

  1. Serve as customers’ primary point of contact.
  2. Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
  3. Manage incoming calls and customers’ inquiries, while generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve company’s satisfaction.
  5. Handle emerging problems that customers might encounter with accuracy and efficiency, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  7. Manage records of customers’ interactions.
  8. Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should have minimum of an Ordinary Diploma (OND) in management studies, Marketing or a related field with two (2) years relevant experience.

Core Competencies:

  1. Evidence of significant customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Understand the values of good communication skills.
  7. Proven problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills.
  8. Candidate must be patient, empathetic and good at having passionate communication.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
