Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Alaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
  2. Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
  3. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  4. Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  5. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
  6. Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an additional qualification on SSCE.
  2. Personable and attentive
  3. Strong interpersonal skills
  4. Strong verbal communicator
  5. Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
  6. Knowledge of applicable products and markets.
  7. Reside around Alaba and its environs.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
