Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  4. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  8. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service representative in a bank or any financial institution.
  3. Track record of overachieving quota
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Ability to practice Customer orientation and adapt/respond to different types of characters
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  8. Proximity to Alagomeji, Yaba.

Salary
N76,000 monthly.
