Job Position: Relationship Manager / Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly skilled, organised and proactive Relationship Manager/ Customer care representative to join our team.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the presentation, promotion and sales of the products/services to customers, using solid arguments to ensure that the organisation’s revenue goals are met.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of BSC or HND in any field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in a financial institution
  3. Excellent funds mobilization, loan processing and loan recovery skills
  4. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  5. Excellent business development and relationship management skills
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Must reside in Ikoyi or its environs.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly plus up to N500,000 Monthly Performance Bonus.
