Job Position: Customer Care Service Officer

Job Location: Delta

Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  2. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  3. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  4. Understanding and promoting company programs.
  5. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  6. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  7. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  8. Maintaining client records.
  9. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Job Requirements

  1. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  2. A commitment to excellent customer service.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  5. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
