Job Position: Customer Care Specialist

Job Location: Kano

Job Responsibilities

  1. The Customer Care Specialist will be in charge of all customer relations activities.
  2. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  3. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  4. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, while ability to speak French will be an added advantage.

Our ideal candidate:

  1. Applicant for this role must have 3 – 5 years working experience in the telecommunications industry, must relate well with co-workers and be a team player.
  2. The person must also have a good understanding of Nigeria’s market and must have experience in working in Nigeria and outside of the country.
