Job Position: Customer Care Supervisor

Job Location: Igwuruta, Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise Sales Reps.
2. Monitoring product received from the kitchen and managing the food displays.
3. Maintaining good customer relations.
4. Assisting sales personnel working with the restaurant manager to price and change menu items.
5. Schedule work shifts for Sales Reps.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of OND / HND Certificate.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Age: 27 to 35 years.
4. Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
5. Living Proximity to Igwuruta / Rupokwu Area.
