Job Position: Customer Experience Officer

Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make or update travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.
  2. Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
  3. Resolve service matters in-person or virtually.
  4. Forward booking / traveling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
  5. Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
  6. Assist with Guests’ luggage check in.
  7. Ensure Guests’ complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
  8. Adhere to all company policies and promote brand Goodwill.
  9. Promote / Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products & services.
  10. Assist Guests that require special assistance to board or depart conveyance.

Job Requirements

  • BSc / HND (2.2 / Lower Credit) from an accredited / reputable tertiary Institution.
