Job Description

  2. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Support:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  2. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Communication:

  1. Communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve our services.
  2. Keep customers informed about the status of their requests and provide updates on service-related matters.

Problem-Solving:

  1. Identify and address customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and improve overall service quality.

Documentation:

  1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  2. Compile reports on common customer issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

Customer Education:

  1. Educate customers on DriveMe’s services, features, and app functionality.
  2. Provide guidance on troubleshooting common issues and optimizing the customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 4 – 7 years relevant work experience.
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with transportation technology and mobile applications is a plus.
