Job Position: Customer Operations Manager

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is looking to hire an efficient Customer Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s customer service department.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the business by organizing schedules, assigning duties and assignments and ensuring that the tasks are effectively managed.
  2. Provide advice and guidance to staff members to dispense exceptional services to clients.
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
  4. Maintain an active record of customers’ requests and details of action taken on their requests.
  5. Analyzing data to identify trends in client complaints, problems with products or services, or opportunities for improvement.
  6. Monitor client feedback about products or services to identify potential issues before they become problems.
  7. Communicating with the management team to ensure that client needs are being met.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND / BA / B.Sc qualification
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Customer Service Manager, Operations or Business Manager.
  3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities with professionalism.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Proximity to the client’s location will be considered.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
