Job Position: Customer Operations Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Description
- Our client is looking to hire an efficient Customer Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s customer service department.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the business by organizing schedules, assigning duties and assignments and ensuring that the tasks are effectively managed.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff members to dispense exceptional services to clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain an active record of customers’ requests and details of action taken on their requests.
- Analyzing data to identify trends in client complaints, problems with products or services, or opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor client feedback about products or services to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Communicating with the management team to ensure that client needs are being met.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND / BA / B.Sc qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Customer Service Manager, Operations or Business Manager.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proximity to the client’s location will be considered.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
