Job Position: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to client inquiries via calls, emails, and physical visits.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
  3. Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
  4. Follow up with clients and ensure proper documentation.
  5. Support the sales and marketing team with customer engagement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
  5. Previous experience in customer relations/real estate is an added advantage.
  6. Applicants must reside within Lugbe and its environs.
