Job Position: Customer Relations Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments, and messages.
  2. Address customer’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
  3. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
  4. Promote and up-sell products and 6 packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
  5. Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product, and service,
  6. launches as well as store activities and trends.
  7. Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
  8. Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
  9. Other administrative ad-hoc duties were necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years work experience.
  2. A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
  4. Previous customer care experience preferred.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
