Job Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in the Real Estate and Travel & Tours sectors.
  2. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities
Client Interaction:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.

Service Delivery:

  1. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our real estate and travel services.
  2. Provide clients with comprehensive information about our offerings, including property details and travel packages.

Customer Satisfaction:

  1. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  2. Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating them to the Customer Relations Manager if necessary.

Sales Support:

  1. Assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating potential leads and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  2. Participate in sales presentations and negotiations as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  2. Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention metrics.

Market Research:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Provide insights and suggestions for improving our services and customer experience.

Event Coordination:

  1. Assist in planning and organizing client events, such as property tours, open houses, and travel exhibitions.
  2. Ensure smooth execution and follow-up to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field with 0-2 years experience.
  2. Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate or travel industry.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
