Job Position: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Cheerfully welcome and make patients comfortable.
  2. Ensure front office is tidy and all necessary appliances are switched on
  3. Walk through reception area 2 times daily to ensure everything is ok and there are no patients waiting unduly.
  4. Offer/ serve tea/ coffee/ water to patients.
  5. Re-engage patients
  6. Ensure every new patient goes to check out before treatment
  7. Make sure all patients went with referral cards
  8. Schedule future appointments for all patients
  9. Give hub points to patients for bringing cads, wearing T-shirt and coming on time
  10. Check foe undelivered messages
  11. Fill any openings in schedule
  12. Make copies of HMO cards/ letter
  13. Check that all reception area appliances are switched off before leaving the office.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities or related field
  • 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Very good Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Customer focused
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suites applications
  • Good persuasion skills.
